How it works:

1. Purchase your Birthday Experience.

2. Complete the Custom Party Questionnaire with your event details and vision.

3. Submit your images, wording, colors, and inspiration.

4. We create your custom designs for approval.

5. Once approved, your order moves into production.

Please review your event date and production timeline before ordering. Custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be changed once production begins.
