Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the product, order volume, or whether an item is made to order.

Once your order has been shipped, standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days.

Express shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. Express orders generally arrive within 1–2 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination. Express shipping does not necessarily reduce the time required to process or prepare your order.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please use the tracking information provided to monitor your package and its delivery status.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, the package is in the carrier's possession and is subject to the carrier's handling, delivery procedures, and policies.

Seauxwavy Studios is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect delivery scans, or other issues that occur after the package has been transferred to the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, building management, or other applicable delivery locations.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or experiencing another delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

You may also contact Seauxwavy Studios for assistance. If carrier intervention is required, we may need to contact the carrier as well, so please be prepared to provide your order number and any relevant tracking or delivery information.

Seauxwavy Studios cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Insurance

Customers who would like additional protection against loss, theft, or damage are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance when available.

Shipping insurance may provide additional coverage depending on the carrier's terms and the type of claim. Customers are responsible for reviewing the carrier's insurance and claim requirements before purchasing.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order.

Seauxwavy Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order shipped again.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Delivery Delays

An estimated delivery date does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

International Shipping
